CASE STUDY · PROPERTY FEED & SEO AUTOMATION
OriMar Living: from imported property feeds to an AI-managed SEO catalogue.
A live estate-agency implementation connecting REDSP and MLSC feeds, WP All Import, Houzez and an AI Property Content Manager that filters stock, improves listing copy, creates unique SEO metadata, protects approved work and surfaces only genuine exceptions.
The starting point
The real problem was not importing properties. It was managing everything after the import.
Property feeds can populate a website quickly, but imported listings still arrive with supplier copy, repetitive metadata, changing images, mixed locations and stock the agency may not want to market. At catalogue scale, manually rewriting and SEO-managing every property becomes a recurring workload.
OriMar Living needed one controlled system that could decide what entered the catalogue, preserve property identity through updates, improve the content, manage SEO across the whole portfolio and leave staff to review only the exceptions.

What the system now controls
Catalogue control
Feed-specific identity, area and price filtering, controlled updates and deletion behaviour, and protection against unwanted stock reaching the live site.
Content & SEO operations
AI-improved descriptions, unique SEO titles and meta descriptions, catalogue-wide duplicate checks, title-length controls and approval rules.
Operational resilience
A persistent registry protects approved work through imports, supports repair and relinking, allows manual edits or reprocessing and keeps exceptions visible without redoing clean work.

Commercial value
The feed supplies the listings. The system removes the repetitive SEO workload.
The value is not simply that AI can rewrite a description. The system continuously manages the repetitive work around a changing property catalogue: filtering stock, improving content, creating search metadata, checking what has already been used, repairing safe issues and escalating only what genuinely needs judgement. That reduces the need for staff to manually SEO-manage every imported property while keeping human control available.
Acceptance result: 269 live properties processed and approved, with 0 pending, 0 errors, 0 unmarked, 0 needing attention and 0 outstanding SEO issues.
Importing properties without controlling the SEO?
Let the feed do the importing. Let the system handle the repetitive optimisation.
We can review how your current feed reaches the website, what SEO work is being accepted by default, where duplication or manual workload is being created and which parts can be automated safely.
